INTERN this fall with the St-Ambroise Montreal FRINGE Festival

The FRINGE & MainLine Theatre is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and resourceful individual to work along side the Festival Director & General Manager for Fall 2011 leading up to the festival's 2012 edition. The candidate will assist the Director with a variety of tasks. This stimulating and challenging opportunity to be a part of a fantastic team will help one learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced, exciting and diverse festival. The ideal candidate would be bilingual, comfortable with Microsoft Office, have experience in the performing arts and present good communication skills. Event planning, stage managing, production management are all assets. This position is not paid, however it is a FRINGE-ternship, in which you can receive credits for school, if that can be arranged with your program. The position starts in September 1st and runs until December 2011. Hours can vary depending on the arrangement made with the Festival Director. A minimum of 2 afternoons a week is required.
